It is indeed an honour for me to have personal and last long relations with Mr. Albert Rutter whom I know since many years and who has supported my candidature as president of the World Federation of UNESCO Clubs Centres and Associations during the last world congress in Cyprus last year, as well as my candidature as president of EFUCA in Busteni, Romania.
